Gia was born and raised in Gainesville. She graduated from Buchholz High School, Santa Fe Gia was born and raised in Gainesville. She graduated from Buchholz High School, Santa Fe Community College and the University of Florida. She moved to St. Augustine after graduation and worked for the St. Johns County School Board for two years until her husband graduated from Flagler College. She then moved back to Gainesville and joined her Mother’s company, Matchmaker Realty of Alachua County Inc. Gia was 2007 President of the Gainesville Women's Council of Realtors, and also was honored for all her work in 2005, receiving the Women's Council of Realtors, Realtor of the Year. She received the Leaders Edge Award in 2005-2007, and Honor Society Award 2005-2007 from the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors. She is currently serving on the Board of Director’s for the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors. Scott was born in Naples Florida, but grew up in Gainesville. He attended Glen Springs, Stephen Foster, Talbot, Fort Clarke, Buchholz and Santa Fe Community College. He graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida with a degree in Communications and a minor in Advertising. Before becoming a Real Estate agent, he worked for his Father's painting business here in Gainesville. Scott was honored in 2007 with the Women’s Council of Realtors, Realtor of the Year. He also has been awarded the Honor Society Award in 2005-2007, and the Leader’s Edge award in 2006-2007. Now that he is in real estate, his greatest joy, whether it be an investment property, business opportunity or single family home, is a satisfied client.
