Not only do I represent buyers and sellers, but I've been an active real estate inveestor for over two decades, and am thoroughly familiar with residential, commercial, and industrial properties in and around the Gainesville area. My novelist husband, Kal, and I relocated from South Florida in 1991. We have five children and eight and a half grandchildren. Aside from family, traveling, rooting for the Gators, reading mysteries and playing Mah Jongg, I get the most satisfaction when a client tells me that I did a great job. I still can't believe I get paid for doing something I love. In another life I was an Elementary and Sunday School teacher. They tell me I have great "people skills," and that I am a "straight shooter," so who am I to contradict them? These skills go hand-in-hand with my reputation for unflinching honesty and itegrity-- a reputation acknowledge by clients and fellow Realtors alike. I also train Realtors to our profession. I'm proud some of my proteges have become top producers, and adhere to the same high standards I set for myself.
