Hi, my name is Ryan Swanson and I'm an experienced Realtor serving both Alachua and Marion County, FL. As someone originally from Gainesville and raised in the small town of High Springs, just 20 minutes north of Gainesville, I bring in-depth local market knowledge to the table.  I began my career in the Real Estate industry right outside of college and never looked back. I truly love being a Realtor and I work hard to bring a customer-centric philosophy and creative solutions to every transaction. I'm here to help you achieve your real estate goals and guide you through this process.  Outside of work, you will find me spending time with friends and family, and enjoying all that our community has to offer.
