We called Adam based on a word-of-mouth recommendation because we wanted to see a particular home in a "hot" location, and he got us in to see it that evening, after his normal working hours. We put a bid in later that night. We didn't get that particular home, but it cemented our working relationship. We asked him to be our Realtor and help us navigate the market based on our wish list. He researched and found great options for us.
